By submitting an order, you confirm that you possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Egyptian commercial and civil laws.
2. Product Catalog & Pro Audio Equipment
We take every measure to present product descriptions, acoustic specifications, and imagery with utmost precision. However, slight variations in manufacturer packaging or revisions may occur.
All pro-audio gear (amplifiers, digital mixers, passive/active PA speakers, studio monitors, wireless microphones) and musical instruments are 100% authentic and sourced via authorized commercial distributors.
Order fulfillment is subject to warehouse stock confirmation prior to dispatch.
3. Pricing, Currency & Supported Payment Methods
All catalog prices are stated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
In case of a typographical or system pricing error, we reserve the right to contact you to adjust the order or cancel it without penalty.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Online Card Payments & Digital Gateways (when active).
- Manual transfers via InstaPay to our verified account/phone number.
- Domestic Egyptian Mobile Wallets (Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash, WE Pay).
- In-person settlement at our registered showroom in Sohag: Al-Zahraa St., Beside Beit Al-Rahma, off Al-Gomhoria St. (Property of Zaher), Second Sohag District, Sohag, Egypt (شارع الزهراء، بجوار بيت الرحمة من شارع الجمهورية (بملك زاهر)، قسم ثان سوهاج، محافظة سوهاج، مصر).
4. Manual Payment Terms (InstaPay & Mobile Wallets)
Orders placed via InstaPay or Mobile Wallets are held in “On Hold” status. Customers must complete the transfer for the exact order total and submit a legible transaction screenshot with the Order ID to our official WhatsApp support at +20 10 10704085.
Reserved inventory is held for 24 hours. If valid payment verification is not received within this period, Technical Office Store reserves the right to release the items back to inventory.
The payment must be remitted from a legally verified account matching the customer’s credentials. Any transfer discrepancies must be resolved before order release.
5. Order Verification & Nationwide Delivery
An order is formally confirmed once verified via phone or WhatsApp and updated to “Processing”.
Consignments are shipped across Egypt via licensed domestic delivery couriers:
- Sohag & Upper Egypt Governorates: 1 to 2 business days.
- Greater Cairo, Alexandria & Delta Governorates: 2 to 4 business days.
- Remote / Frontier Governorates: 3 to 5 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are entitled to visually inspect the external condition of the package before completing payment.
6. Return, Replacement & Refund Framework
Returns and warranty claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy in full compliance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018).
Refunds for manual transfers (InstaPay or Mobile Wallets) will be remitted back directly to the originating InstaPay Address (IPA) or mobile wallet number within 3 to 5 business days following technical inspection and approval at our Sohag facility.
Gateway card payments are refunded via standard bank clearing channels (7 to 14 business days).
7. Acoustic Setup, Electrical Safety & Liability
Technical Office Store is not liable for secondary damages caused by improper installation, impedance mismatches, power surges, or operating sound equipment beyond manufacturer power ratings.
High-voltage power amplifiers and passive speaker systems must be installed by certified sound engineers.
8. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
